Hey Dalton, I recently started lifting heavy and having mild results. I also recently just found out about that there are different types of proteins and they all have different effects, what do you think makes creatine stand out more rather than just using regular protein for recovery? Thank you.

Protein and creatine have completely different processes and functions within the body.

Proteins create tissues, such as muscles, hair, organs, etc, by providing the building blocks your muscles need (Amino Acids) to repair and grow after strength training.

Creatine does not increase muscle size and strength as directly as protein powder, but does have a positive effect on muscle strength and size when used properly. Creatine gets stored in your muscles and the stored creatine acts as a second source of energy because its ready to be converted to ATP as soon as it’s needed.

Protein is more important than creatine.
