Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals Black Piranha Fat Burner Ingredients

• Senegalia Berlandieri Extract

Black Piranha Fat Burner by Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals Supplement FactsSenegalia Berlandieri extract, also known as Acacia Rigidula, is particularly interesting to drug manufacturers because of the alkaloids it contains, which induce effects in the body similar to those induced by adrenaline. Examples include the breaking down of sugars more efficiently to provide the body with higher energy levels when training.

• Methyl-Synephrine

Methyl-synephrine has been used clinically for orthostatic hypotension due to its effects on stroke volume, ejection fraction, and cardiac index. It has been used in doses of up to 120 mg in healthy adults with no adverse side effects. In fact, diastolic pressure decreased even with a dose this size, which is evidence for very little alpha-adrenergic activity.

• B-Phenylethylamine

B-Phenylethylamine is taken by mouth for improving athletic performance, depression, weight loss, and to improve mood and attention, and it works by stimulating the body to make certain chemicals that play a role in depression and other psychiatric conditions. People who don’t make enough phenethylamine naturally may be helped by taking phenethylamine as a supplement. However, too much phenethylamine might cause side effects similar to the ones experienced with amphetamines.

• N-Methyl-B-Phenylethylamine

N-methyl-phenylethylamine is another isolated amine from acacia rigidula that is well-known among the fitness industry for it’s ability to safely stimulate the body’s metabolism, therefore promoting weight loss. This is the N-methyl derivative of the compound b-phenylethylamine, which is a very potent compound for all who lack a chemistry degree.

• N-Methyl-N-Phenethyl Dimethylamine

N-phenethyl dimethylamine provides therapeutic mood boosting effects due to its ability increase levels of dopamine and nor-adrenaline with the body. Dopamine is the hormone responsible for ‘feeling good’, and users of this compound report experiencing a euphoric sensation, higher energy levels, and better concentration.

• Methylhexanamine HCl

Methylhexanamine HCl, also known as 1,3-dimethylamylamine (DMAA), is an ingredient found in several dietary supplements and often advertised as a 100% natural stimulant which is incorrect. In fact, DMAA is a synthetically produced neural stimulant often used as the primary ingredient in weight loss, energy, and performance supplements. In terms of chemical structure, it is similar to the Ephedra component that’s also found in Hi-Tech’s Lipodrene with 25 mg Ephedra.

• Caralluma Extract

Caralluma extract genus belongs to the family Apocynaceae and the subfamily of Asclepiadaceae, with over 260 species bearing the name of Caralluma being distributed across Asia and the Mediterranean and in general the genus is associated with a variety of traditional treatments for rheumatism, diabetes, leprosy, paralysis, and inflammation while also possessing antimalarial, antitrypanosomal, anti-ulcer, antioxidant, antinociceptive, and antiproliferative activities.

• DL-Phenylalanine

DL-phenylalanine is an electrically neutral amino acid that is able to cross the blood-brain barrier and enter into the central nervous system quite easily. Therefore enabling it’s medicinal usage for relieving cases of minor depression and other mood issues, as well as and physical discomforts and pain. This component is also used for opiate withdrawal symptoms and can often be found combined with other mood boosting supplements such as nootropics.

• Synephrine HCl

Synephrine HCl health benefits include an increased metabolic rate, caloric expenditure, energy level, and also promotes weight loss, acting as a fat burner. The theory behind the synephrine found in Black Piranha is that it acts as a stimulant, much like the caffeine found in coffee, it is believed to have some of the same effects in terms of an energy boost, as well as increasing metabolic rates and suppressing appetites.

• Naringin

Naringin has antioxidant, anti-carcinogenic and cholesterol lowering activity. Studies have shown that naringin has a cholesterol-lowering effect, reduces LDL oxidation and can help to prevent hypercholesterolemia. They found that diets supplemented with naringin improved the plasma lipid levels mainly in rats fed cholesterol and increased the plasma antioxidant activity. They concluded that naringin has plasma lipid lowering and plasma antioxidant activity increasing activity.

• 6, 7 Dihydroxybergamottin

6′,7′-dihydroxybergamottin (DHB) is sold and advertised as an “anabolic amplifier” and is supposed to increase the absorption of supplements, drugs, oral anabolic steroids and even food. DHB was reported to be very effective at inhibiting the cytochrome enzyme activity within the intestinal track and liver, which is responsible for decreasing small foreign organic molecule absorption. Clinical studies have also shown that DHB plays and important role in the metabolism of the anabolic steroids

• Hordenine HCl

Hordenine HCl is a natural phenethylamine compound that occurs in different plants, notably barley grass, and it is structurally related to the amino acid tyramine. Hordenine HCl as a supplement works primarily through the release and protection of norepinephrine, much like other weight loss supplements. This would explain the astounding benefits of increased metabolism and energy, as well as the decrease in appetite which is apparently a result of slowed digestion.

• Evodiae Rutaecarpa

Evodiamine is a plant based alkaloid that has been shown to reduce fat in lab animals, however there are no clinical studies that have proven that this also works for humans as far as I know. There are a few more health benefits that classify evodiamine as a potentially worthy supplement with few known side effects. Evodiamine is primarily used to aid weight loss, but it is also considered very effective at inhibiting the formation of cancer cells.

• Yohimbine HCI

Yohimbine HCl is a vasodilator, which means that it expands blood vessel, thus allowing for easier blood flow and superior circulation. Studies have shown that yohimbine is effective in improving blood flow to extremities, such as your hands and feet, and in lower doses, yohimbine can also lower blood pressure and increase heart rate, which can help your body deliver nutrients to working cells.

• Coca Extract (65 mg)

Coca extract is jam packed with over 300 different phytochemicals that are pivotal for good health and a long life. Sodium, potassium, calcium, and magnesium are just a few examples to name. Cocoa also contains numerous types of amino acids that are vital for good health and is full of compounds that stimulate the release of serotonin within the body, which is an important neurotransmitter that helps to improve ones mood and the efficiency of the body while completing vital bodily functions.

• Caffeine (200 mg)

Caffeine, as we are all aware, stimulates the nervous system, causing it to send signals to the fat cells to break down body fat, while also increasing epinephrine levels in the blood. This is often referred to as the “fight or flight” hormone because it’s designed to make our bodies ready for intense physical exertion, while also causing the fat cells to break down body fat, releasing them into the blood as free fatty acids and making them available as fuel.

    Hey there,

I have a friend of mine who told me of this supplement and told me that she takes 3 pills per day but she recommended me to use just 1 pill.

Her main reason was to do with weight. She is over150 pounds. Mine is way less than that but I feel like 2 would do good for me. What is your advice on that?

    1. Dalton Dorsey

Take whatever you feel you should take to get your desired results. Taking less pills per day will reduce the amount of weight you lose.

  2. Matt's Mom

This fat burner is interesting in that it has no L-Carnitine and caffeine instead. I am not supposed to have large amounts of caffeine, and honestly don’t even know how much is in one cup coffee. That being said, I am a fan of fat burners and I have heard of this product before. Do you know how many cups of coffee 200 mg would roughly be? That would be my only consideration before purchasing.

I recommend trying a non-stimulant fat burner. I have numerous reviews posted.

  3. GBIG

I have recently started back at the gym after a break of several years. The gym I go to have a range of supplements available for purchase. I didn’t realise how popular many of these supplements are. Thank you so much for the detailed review on Black Piranha. I have all the information I need to determine whether it’s right for me.

    Cheers!

  4. Dan

Hi, In all honesty I’m not a fan of these type of supplements (despite being an avid taker of many other types) Weight loss should really be about a rounded diet and exercising enough so you are functioning at a calorie deficit.

Slightly off topic, so apologises but I’ve done a lot of research on this topic and betaine and beta-alanine has come up as quite effective supplements for body-building. Could you point me towards any supplements involving these which you could recommend?

    Thanks

    1. Dalton Dorsey

Obviously a healthy diet and exercise routine is the flawless way to go about losing weight, but were not all flawless, some people can really benefit from the extra support of thermogenic fat burners.

Thanks for your very informative article. I know weight loss supplements are quite the rage, but this one sounds a lot like the others and quite frankly a little scary. I don’t think I want to be taking all those ingredients! I hope everyone considering this supplement will read your article!
