APS Nutrition's White LightningWhite Lightning is one of many pre-workout supplements released by APS Nutrition. If you’re straight to the point, you can jump over to 50+ customer reviews for APS Nutrition’s White Lightning product, and skip all the knitty gritty.

According to the label, it doesn’t contain anything I found special in anyway, but the ingredients are of higher quality than that of most.

APS Nutrition designed White Lightning with the ability to “vastly increase cognitive functioning and concentration.” Weight loss is also common in people that take White Lightning, but diet and exercise must be included. White Lightning is well studied and safe when taken properly and after consulting with your doctor.

Benefits of APS Nutrition’s White Lightning Consumption

APS Nutrition claims their revolutionary energizer will deliver the best workouts you’ll ever have in your life, but I don’t know about all that.

  • Supports Weight Loss
  • Enhances Focus and Clarity
  • Get 8 Hours of Energy
  • Improve Mood and Well Being

APS formulated White Lightning to not only suppresses appetite. They ensured it exhibited a level of thermogenesis to heat up your body, boost metabolism, and burn more calories passively.

APS Nutrition’s White Lightning Active Ingredients

Proprietary Blend: 515mg

Caffeine – Just in case you aren’t familiar with caffeine, it could potentially reduce the desire to eat for a short period of time. Caffeine also contains thermogenic properties, which causes you’re body to generate heat and energy to burn more calories.APS Nutrition's White Lightning

Geranaburn – Sometimes called 1,3-Dimethylamylamine (DMAA), which is made of a several compounds known for delivering stimulating and mood enhancing effects. The effects or similar to that of caffeine.

Naringin – Helps extend the effects of caffeine when the two are formulated together, including energy and focus. Studies have also shown cholesterol-lowering effects, which is just a bonus for all levels of fitness.

Coleus Forkohlii – Coleus forskohlii primarily targets the stimulation of enzymes and hormones responsible for burning food for energy, thus leading to weight loss.

White Lightning’s Side Effects & Precautions

I’ve search every corner of the web for side effect cases reported, but absolutely no luck finding any on APS Nutrition’s official website or any third-party supplement retailers. So, White Lightning is completely safe for the most part. Since White Lightning does contain stimulants (caffeine), there are mild side effects to you should be aware of if you decide to give it a try, including nervousness, anxiety, and jitters.

White Lightning’s Ingredients Safe or Not?

The formula for White Lightning contains some substances that are virtually unknown. Safety records and studies on effectiveness are scarce, which is quite concerning if you ask me. As I mentioned in the first paragraph, there are several users who claim it gave them the results they wanted, but there’s not much information regarding long-term health effects.

Taking the time to consult with your doctor before giving White Lightning a go is highly recommended for first-time fat burner or pre-workout supplement users.

Proper Use of APS Nutrition’s White Lightning

Take one(1) capsule approximately 30 minutes before your workout for your first few times of using. After you have assessed your tolerance, you can then decide whether or not you want to double up to two(2) capsules or just stick with the one.

If one capsule does it for you, there’s no sense in taking two because it’s just harder on your body and a waste of your hard earned money.

You can purchase 60 servings of White Lightning for $30, which is cheaper than the most products with similar uses. Hope you enjoyed the review and if you decide to give White Lightning a try, let me know what you think about it.

Weight loss is something many people are striving for there was a time I never had to worry now as I get older struggling to get rid of the weight I put on is slow going, I have never heard of this product before, you have done a great break down, am I right in thinking you also have to a regular workout whilst taking this supplement.?
It is always a concern for me in trying new stuff out as I can often react to it, have a heart condition to so I am careful about what stimulants I take , I did go and take a look at your reviews and could not see anything to concerning , have you managed to test it out yet? it does sound good and to be quite effective, wonder how I would do I can only do specific workouts can you get this in the UK

Yes, White Lightning is classified as a pre-workout, so it should only be taken before performing some kind of strenuous physical activity. However it’s not meant only for workouts. If you need energy then White Lightning can help.

Nice product breakdown – this seems like a pretty solid supplement in my opinion. I like the added, patented geranium extract!

Also, from what I see the price is spot on, because you get a two month supply if you’re lighter and 1 capsule does the job for you.

What do you think about stacking this with another pre-workout?

Thanks, and no I wouldn’t recommend taking two pre-workouts at the same time.
